What is the Clinique returns policy?

1. If you wish to return your order for a full refund, please do so within 14 business days of receiving it.

2. If you need to return your online Clinique order, please print and complete the Returns Note located in the FAQ section.

3. Don’t own a printer? You can enclose the original packing slip with your return, stating the items you wish to return.

4. If you want to return your online order via a courier of your choice, you are free to do so, though you will have to cover the shipping costs. Alternatively, you could use Yodel returns as your method of returning, at no additional cost.

5. Clinique understands that choosing the right foundation can be tricky, which is why they have a unique returns policy just for their foundation range. If you buy it and aren't 100% happy, simply send it back within 30 days of purchase, at no cost.
