Yes, it's that time of year again. Emerging gloriously bright in a time of broken bank balances and bitterly cold weather, Love Island: All Stars 2026 is (almost) here to save us.
Hosted by Maya Jama once again, we are set to get an extra week of the series this year, with the 2026 All Stars instalment running for six weeks instead of five from the iconic South Africa villa.
BBC and HBO’s Skins-meets-Succession banking drama is back for season 4. Here, its stars Marisa Abela and Myha’la sit down with Glamour to discuss privilege, sex scenes, and being each other’s biggest cheerleaders.

The launch of Love Island: All Stars 2026 was delayed after producers were forced to evacuate the villa in South Africa, when raging wildfires spread close to the show’s filming location. ITV subsequently halted production on the first episode until further notice.
“Further to a production evacuation owing to ongoing wildfires in the area, our assessment of the location site has concluded that filming will need to be postponed," an ITV spokesperson has said. “Health and safety is our greatest priority and will always come first, and therefore the transmission of Love Island: All Stars will be delayed until a date to be confirmed.”
But fear not, Love Island: All Stars is officially back. The new season launches on Thursday, 15 January at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX, and for the first time ever, there’ll also be an extra episode on Saturday night (17 January), airing at 9 pm.
To keep you going until the premiere launches, here's Glamour's extensive rundown of this year's Love Island: All Stars round-up.
Hold my bronzer, babe.

When asked what personal growth we will see from her this time around, Jess has said she will be: “portraying to the younger generation that you don’t let people walk all over you.”

After appearing on the 2025 rendition of Love Island, Tommy is back for more, looking for a "second chance at meeting someone romantically."
He has also described his previous Love Island experience as “the best time of my life.”
“I was so out of my comfort zone but learnt so much about myself and how I handle situations,” he said. “I met some friends for life.”

Shaq appeared on Love Island over three years ago now, and came in fourth place with his partner at the time, Tanya Manhenga, who he has since split from.
When asked what has been going on in his love life since his last appearance on the show, he said: “I’ve dated a couple of people, it hasn’t really worked out and I’ve really focussed on training at the gym and some Hyrox competitions, so dating hasn't really gone my way lately, but this could change it all!”

Having appeared on the show many years back, 2018 no less, Charlie feels like he's appearing on All Stars as a new man.
“There’s definitely a lot of personal growth that has happened - It’s been eight years since I went to Love Island, so people will notice a massive difference. I've grown loads as a person and I’m more confident in who I am and I don't care what people think. I’m a nice guy and I want the opportunity to show that.”
Series: Love Island series 5
After appearing as a bombshell in Casa Amor back in series 5, Belle is back to find herself a man who will treat her right. No drama.
“I feel like I’m ready to find me a husband! I’m sick of heartbreak and I’m ready to meet someone new,” she has said.

After appearing in the final of the 2024 series, Ciaran was voted the runner-up alongside his partner at the time, Nicole Samuel. The couple did, however, call it quits a few months after the show ended, and Ciaran is ready to go on a new quest for love.
“I’ve got no regrets from last series, but this time I'm going to be more open-minded and enjoy the experience for what it is,” he has said. “I’m going to be my authentic self. I've always been honest and whatever I've said or done I've always stood on business. If you don’t like me, then that’s up to you.”

While she walked out of the 2023 Love Island series with partner Lochan, they sadly split last year. When asked her thoughts about meeting someone on Love Island, Whitney said: “I’ve been out in the dating scene… The streets are cold. You might as well go and be warm. I feel like on Love Island you get to speed date and cut the nonsense. In real life you could talk for eight months and still be no wifey. Who has got time for that? In the villa, everything moves very quickly.”

After winning the 2021 season of Love Island, Millie and her partner Liam were on and off for years before ultimately parting ways for good in 2025. So what can we expect from her this time around? To be more of a “girls' girl”.
“I’m the one that always supports someone when they’re upset,” she said. "It’s always nice to see friendships form, not always love relationships. Not saying I’m going in there for friendship, but that’s always quite nice.”

Appearing recently in last year's Love Island series, Helena was coupled up with Harry Cooksley, but he ultimately ended up in the final with Shakira Khan – and they're still going strong.
When asked what we can expect from her this time, Helena said: “I would like to say ‘new year, new me’ but hopefully you’ll see me getting with an actual nice boy. But I know what I’m like and I get bored easily. If they’re not being a menace, I’ll start being a menace.”
Series: Love Island series 8
Life is a rollercoaster, and Jack – yes, Ronan Keating's son – is set to return to the Love Island villa to carry on riding it. He appeared in the 2022 series as part of a Casa Amor twist, but was soon dumped after a few days.
“I feel like I have to come back and redeem myself,” he has said. “My experience before was short and sweet, I was in there for four days and I didn’t couple up with anyone, so it didn’t really go to plan. The revenge tour is here! I’ve been single for a year now and I’m looking for love.”
Series: Love Island series 6
In the 2020 series, Leanne was coupled up with Mike Boateng for the majority of her time in the villa, but was then dumped and had to leave the villa after being left single. Ouch. She's already spoken out about the ways, though that the Love Island villa can help you find love: “You have no social media, it kills love and relationships. Everyone thinks there's someone better whereas in the villa you’re literally forced to be around each other, no ghosting! You’re free of distractions and forced to get to know someone quickly.”
Series: Love Island series 11
Though he came in third with partner Matilda Draper, their romance didn't last. “I want to find someone in the villa who it will work with on the outside," he has said. "Matilda and I felt like two strangers when we got back to the UK after leaving the villa. I’m very excited about meeting new people. For me it’s the unknown again, it’s all a surprise.”
When is the new series of Love Island: All Stars out?
