What is the Stylevana returns policy?

1. If you are not satisfied with the products, you have 14 days to return them after delivery. 

2. To make a return, go to the Returns and Exchanges page and check that the item you have bought is viable for return. 

3. Click the link in the page to submit a ticket for your return. You will need to fill in your order number and reason for return. 

4. You are responsible for the shipping charges if you are returning the item because you’ve changed your mind. But these charges are covered if your item is defective or incorrect.

5. The return will be authorised within 3-5 working days. 

6. Once the return is authorised, you have 7 business days to ship back the package. 

7. Upon receipt, Stylevana will issue the refund as a coupon code or send a replacement. 

Can I get next day delivery at Stylevana?

Currently, next day delivery is not available. There is an express delivery service which will be sent within 3-7 working days. The cost for this service is £3.99.

Is there a Stylevana price match policy?

At the moment, Stylevana does not offer a price match on its products, but with our Stylevana vouchers, you can pick up top Asian beauty brands at a great price.
