As for Valentine's Day makeup inspo, we've already started spotting a few themes that are standing out. On one end of the spectrum is softly-spoken monochrome makeup, with tonal pink having a real moment. The trend sees variations of the shade applied across eyes, cheeks and lips for a pretty, cohesive and coordinated makeup look.

On the other end is 2026's biggest beauty trend: maximalist makeup.
