2. Pop the item back into its original packaging, then take it back to any TGJones store along with your receipt.

3. Alternatively, send it back in the post along with your contact details and order details. Note: you’ll need to pay the return postage unless the item is incorrect when delivered or faulty.

Next Day Delivery

If you want your bargains even quicker, TGJones Next Day delivery is available by 3 pm the next working day for £5.99. Delivery is free for online purchases over £30 or £2.99 for smaller spends. Alternatively, free click and collect from store is normally available next working day if ordered by 12-noon Mon-Thurs and the purchase is worth over £30. Otherwise, it costs £3.99.
