EL PASO, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–El Paso Electric (EPE) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Market Potential Study (MPS) on Energy Efficiency (EE) and Load Management (LM) to select proposals from consultants. The selected consultant(s) will work directly with EPE to complete the MPS which defines the EE and LM programs for residential, commercial and industrial customers within EPE’s service area.

The MPS will be used to create EE and LM resources and levels to be modeled in EPE’s 2024 Integrated Resource Plan.
