The Gateway at Wynwood welcomes three new tenants to the market
As the Miami office market continues its strong recovery, The Gateway at Wynwood – the newest office building in the Wynwood area – has secured three new-to-market tenants totaling nearly 14,000 square feet.
Spearmint Energy, a recently launched next-generation renewable energy company enabling the clean energy revolution through battery energy storage, has signed a lease to occupy approximately 3,500 square feet. Victory Polymers Corps., a resource for the construction and renovation industry for polyurethane spray foam insulation products and technology, will occupy nearly 4,000 square feet of space in the building’s specification suites. Ripple, a San Francisco-based company, signed a lease to occupy approximately 6,500 square feet.
The Wynwood Gateway was represented by Colliers Executive Managing Director Stephen Rutchik, Managing Director Tom Farmer and Director Tyler de la Pena in office leasing transactions.
